I'm excited to announce that five of our Mother Brunner students have been selected as Honorees for the "Saving Our Community" Art & Poetry Contest, held annually by the Montgomery County Coalition for Drug-Free Communities. Students create an illustrated poster focused on increasing public awareness of the harmful effects of substance abuse to one's mental health and physical wellbeing, as well as its impact on families and our local community.

Mother Brunner's  7th grader Brella was selected as the 1st Place Winner of Division 1, (competing against all 6-8th grade entries in the Montgomery County/Dayton schools region!!)

Several of our other 6th & 7th grade students were also selected to be honored at the MCDFC ceremony for their submissions: Sha'Myah, Jalahn, JaSean, and Tavarez .

Congratulations to all our students on this outstanding accomplishment We are so proud of you all.
